Machining

Machining is a technological process that creates the desired shape of a workpiece, in given dimensions and with a given degree of accuracy, by removing material.

CNC Milling Machine MCV 1016 Q (Machining Center)

A multi-purpose device with a mechanical arm and a rotary tool holder that holds up to 24 different tools. The operation of the mechanical arm, as well as the release of tools in the spindle, is pneumatic. This device can vertically machine a wide range of products.

It performs the following operations: drilling, reaming, boring, milling, and tapping.

It features integrated workshop programming of the HEIDENHAIN control system.

The machine is standardly designed for machining parts made of steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and plastics.

CNC Lathe SP 280

A device working with a combined tool head equipped with twelve different tools. The tool head allows multiple operations in one clamping, and tool changes are made by rotation.

In one clamping, we can turn diameters, drill, tap, countersink, ream, etc.

The repeatability accuracy in the axes is max. 0.004 mm. The rigidity of the three-axis design of the upper support emphasizes the quality and precision of the machine.

Cutting of semi-finished product

To create semi finished product it is necessary to cut material to various lengths.

We exclusively use band saws for cutting material.

We cut a wide range of materials, from steel to various aluminum profiles.

PEGAS 290x290 A-CNC-LR-F

We primarily use this automatic saw in our company, which is hydraulically operated and also has multiple material feeding.

The length and number of pieces are set from the control panel.

The machine calculates all necessary measurements and feeds by itself.

The saw performs perpendicular and angled cuts, with the angle change performed by a quick-release lever.

This is a manual universal saw that is easy to operate.

The saw arm is manually lifted, and the feed into the cut is performed by the arm's own weight with fine regulation by a valve.

After completing the cut, the drive automatically turns off.

Machine Hole Machining

After burning or machining the semi-finished product, it is also necessary to machine various holes to the desired dimensions.

These operations are performed on both pedestal and hand drills.

Machine Thread Cutting

To create threads on workpieces, we use a pneumatic threading machine.

This device consists of a pantographic system ensuring the perpendicularity of the tool to the clamping plane at each working point.

Quick-change inserts are used to hold the tap.

The machine consists of a fixed arm and a swinging arm, connected by a joint.

The swinging part is balanced by a gas damper.

This threading machine has a unique modular system that ensures optimal cutting conditions for individual inserts.
