Our Quality Philosophy

It is a summary of customer's and consumer's requirements and expectations that the product must fulfill (in terms of legislative requirements, standards, specific customer requirements, and general requirements we expect the product to meet – safety, design, functionality, durability, environmental impact, etc.).

The resulting quality of the product reflects all these aspects and should meet and ensure these expectations – SATISFIED AND LOYAL CUSTOMER – CONSUMER – SATISFIED COMPANY – SATISFIED EMPLOYEES.

Sections of the Quality Department

HOMOLOGATION AND SAMPLE MANAGEMENT

Based on the drawing documentation and other customer requirements, a so-called sample management/PPAP is always carried out before starting serial production. The task of this section is to perform all required measurements, verify that the sample is correct, meets customer requirements, and process complete measurement documentation, including required certificates and other documents.

PROCESS QUALITY

We have four basic quality gates in the company.

1. The first is inspection in the CNC hall – here, all production going for further processing is inspected, especially the quality of laser cutting and bending dimensions.
2. The second is inspection in the Welding hall. Here, we focus on dimensional checks, completeness checks, thread functionality, and weld quality.
3. The third is inspection before Painting. Here, we focus on dimensional checks, completeness checks, thread functionality, and visual inspection of parts.
4. The fourth inspection is before shipment. This is focused on the visual inspection of surface parts after painting, after zinc coating, thread functionality, weld quality, completeness of parts, dimensional checks of critical dimensions in some parts, and also the method of packaging.

CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER QUALITY

The demands of our customers are constantly increasing, and we must continuously respond to these demands to fulfill them and be a valuable, stable, and quality supplier.

Our customers regularly evaluate us according to various criteria. In the case of complaints, our quick communication, cooperation method, and speed of our response in solving problems are crucial.
